I give o rating to cebuana Lhuillier, its happen to me to many times on transactions about the instapay, if their is an issue they cannot resolved it right away, there client or customers many stress they given. we transact cash but they can't solve the issue the client always follow up them what was the status but they always says ( that is still on process) 4 days is still on process not exact reason. to any one who transact for instapay I tell you go to other remittance center or bank, not cebuana. bayad pa 90 pesos charges for the instapay.

Horrible loan agent, supplied many documents needed, within 2 weeks of online communication and then suddenly agent stopped communicating after many follow-ups. Unprofessional experience. Do not waste your time with submitting personal/financial documents.
