Been using BPI Mobile App for almost 10 years already, still the same shitty app, no other functions to do, hope they can improve it more.

Experience is good so far especially designated line for preferred clients, i hear a lot of bad reviews and comments when you are just a regular user.

The user interface is quite confusing and provides a struggle to users when it comes to transferring and sending money

Easy access mobile application. 7yrs na password ko di pa din ako nagpapalit unlike sa BDO na required mag palit lagi. Kaya di ko nakakalimutan password sa BPI. Di lang maganda yung kapag nag deposit ka or widthdraw over the counter sa account mo na inopen mo sa ibang city eh ichacharge ka ng 100 pesos. Eh parehas naman BPI. Nakakapimon din yung mga tawag ng tawag para sa loans application na di mo alam if scam o hindi.

I've had BPI account for almost 10 years as a payroll account. Never had major problems with money transfer and withdrawal.

Yung sahod ko pumapasok sa BPI kaya no choice, ginagamit ko na lang. Sa branch sobrang haba lagi ng pila, minsan aabutin ka ng kalahating araw para lang mag-withdraw or may ayusin. Yung app nila hindi rin maasahan, madalas nagla-log out tapos may problema pa sa OTP kaya ang hirap gamitin Nakaka-stress din yung minimum balance, kailangan bantayan lagi para hindi bumaba. Overall, parang hindi siya para sa ordinaryong tao, mas okay siguro sa may mas malaking pera. Ginagamit ko lang kasi kailangan
