kahapon tumawag ako sa gcash support tungkol sa issue sa internet bill-mabilis nila naayos everything worked!!!!!

Grabe, I use GCash almost everyday kasi dun na pinapadala allowance ko from my parents, plus pambayad ng bills and Shopee Super convenient talaga, lalo na yung Send Money and Buy Load, mabilis lang, tapos done na agad Pero nakakainis lang kasi one time nag-transfer ako ng P1,500 to my friend, tapos nag-error siya pero nabawasan balance ko As in panic mode ako kasi student lang ako, sayang yung money I tried contacting customer support through the app, pero sobrang bagal nila mag-reply, like ilang days bago may update Eventually na-refund naman after almost a week, pero grabe stress ko dun Honestly, I still use it kasi ang dali niya gamitin and halos lahat ng stores tumatanggap na Pero sana improve nila yung system errors and customer service kasi super hassle pag may problem
